Docs and wikis
Work > Docs is a lightweight documents module for SOPs, briefs, scopes and internal wikis: rich text, attached to a project or to the company wiki, with revision history.
Creating a doc
- Go to Work > Docs > New doc.
- Write with the rich text editor (headings, lists, links, quotes, code).
- Attach it to a project, or leave it on the company wiki.
- Tick Visible to the project's client to publish it into the client's portal.
Revisions
Every save creates a revision (the last 20 are kept). Open a doc to see its history and restore any earlier version with one click.
Client sharing
A shared doc appears to that project's client in their portal as read-only. Use it for briefs, scopes and status summaries that used to live in email attachments.
Good doc habits
- One doc per SOP, named as the action ("Client onboarding SOP").
- Link docs from task descriptions so process lives next to work.
- Keep client-shared docs free of internal notes; make a separate internal doc instead.
