Vivotics did not start as a software company. It started in 2012 as Vivotic Solución, a development and digital marketing agency, and spent a decade inside the operations of client businesses. The platform is everything that decade taught us, shipped as a product.

More clients meant more tools: a task tracker, a lead spreadsheet, a time tracker, an invoicing app, payroll by hand. Every tool worked. Together, they leaked hours and margin at every seam.
Scripts and small internal apps to connect leads to projects to invoices. Clients noticed and asked for the same connections in their own operations. The pattern was bigger than us.
After a decade of agency delivery, we committed to product. The name shortened from Vivotic Solución to Vivotics, and the mission inverted: instead of running operations for clients, build the platform any business can run itself on.
