The client portal

Every client gets a portal: a limited, branded view of exactly their slice of your workspace. You control what appears; they get transparency without access to your internals.

What clients see

  • Projects: progress, milestones and the tasks you expose.
  • Your action items: tasks assigned to them, with a complete button (see Client action items).
  • Signatures: documents waiting for their approval or signature.
  • Finance: invoices with payment status, estimates, credit notes.
  • Docs: documents you marked as client-visible.
  • Tickets: their support requests and your replies.

Branding

The portal carries your logo and theme colors from company settings. On higher plans you can serve it from your own domain.

Getting clients in

Send them a normal invite, or skip passwords entirely with a magic link: a personal signed URL that logs them straight in for 7 days.

What clients never see

Internal notes and comments, other clients, HR and finance modules, automations, or any project that is not theirs. Client visibility is opt-in per artifact: nothing leaks by default.
