Common questions

What do clients see in the portal?

Their projects and progress, tasks assigned to them with a complete button, invoices and payment status, documents you share, pending signatures and their support tickets. Nothing else.

Do clients need a password?

Not necessarily. Magic links are personal signed URLs that log a client straight into their portal for 7 days, with no password to create or forget.

Can clients give design feedback?

Yes. On image files, clients drop pins exactly where they want changes and can approve or request changes on the file, all recorded with who and when.
