AI Notetaker: meetings to tasks
The AI Notetaker turns a meeting into written minutes and assigned tasks, with no one taking notes.
Three ways to capture a meeting
- Send a bot to a live call. Paste a Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Jitsi link and a participant named "Vivotics Notetaker" joins and transcribes live. Admit it when it knocks.
- Schedule it. Connect your Google Calendar and schedule the meeting from Vivotics: it creates the event with a Meet link, emails the invites, and the bot joins by itself at the start time.
- Paste or upload. Paste a transcript or upload a recording and get the same minutes and suggested tasks.
What you get
When the meeting ends, Vivotics writes a clean summary with decisions and open questions, then extracts the concrete action items. Each suggested task is matched to the right teammate or client and given an estimated due date. Review the list and accept the ones you want; each becomes a real Vivotics task linked back to the meeting.
Privacy
Mark a meeting confidential and its minutes are never shared with clients. Processing is metered per AI seat, and you choose the model that reads the transcript.
Scheduling and rescheduling by asking
You can also manage meetings from Ask Vivotics: a command like "schedule a call with a client tomorrow at 3pm" or "reschedule all my meetings to next week" produces a preview you confirm before invites go out.
