Public intake forms

Build a form, share its link, and every submission becomes a task, a support ticket or a CRM lead: mapped, audited and ready for automations.

Building a form

  1. Go to Work > Forms > New form (admins).
  2. Choose what each submission creates: Task (optionally into a specific project), Ticket, or Lead.
  3. Add fields (short text, long text, email, phone, dropdown) and map each one: Title, Description, Name, Email, Phone, or Extra info. Extra-info fields are appended neatly to the record.
  4. Mark required fields, save, and copy the public link (/forms/...).

What the visitor sees

A clean branded page with your form title and intro text, validation on required fields, and a thank-you screen after submitting. No login needed.

What you get

  • The mapped record, created instantly (a lead with the right name/email, a ticket with a requester, or a task in the right project).
