Public intake forms
Build a form, share its link, and every submission becomes a task, a support ticket or a CRM lead: mapped, audited and ready for automations.
Building a form
- Go to Work > Forms > New form (admins).
- Choose what each submission creates: Task (optionally into a specific project), Ticket, or Lead.
- Add fields (short text, long text, email, phone, dropdown) and map each one: Title, Description, Name, Email, Phone, or Extra info. Extra-info fields are appended neatly to the record.
- Mark required fields, save, and copy the public link (
/forms/...).
What the visitor sees
A clean branded page with your form title and intro text, validation on required fields, and a thank-you screen after submitting. No login needed.
What you get
- The mapped record, created instantly (a lead with the right name/email, a ticket with a requester, or a task in the right project).
- A submission log with the raw answers and the submitter's IP.
- The An intake form is submitted automation trigger: auto-assign the new task round robin, notify sales on a new lead, whatever fits.
Where to use them
Project request forms on your website, bug report forms for client teams, event or content request intake, and lead capture on landing pages.
