Vivotics AI overview
Vivotics AI is an add-on that gives your team an assistant that actually knows your work. It joins meetings, answers questions from your own projects and docs, writes and translates text, drafts your standup, fills in task fields, and can take actions like rescheduling meetings. Everything runs under each user's permissions and is metered per AI seat.
What's included
- AI Notetaker: a bot joins your Google Meet, Teams, Zoom or Jitsi call, transcribes it, writes the minutes and turns what was said into assigned tasks. See AI Notetaker.
- Ask Vivotics: a question box that answers from your own tasks, projects and docs with cited sources, and can take actions like scheduling or rescheduling meetings. See Ask Vivotics.
- AI Writer: improve, shorten, expand, fix, re-tone, translate or draft text. See AI Writer.
- AI standups and summaries: a meeting-free daily standup and manager-ready project status. See AI standups.
- Smart autofill: suggest a task's priority, due date and assignee from its title and description.
- Connect Claude via MCP: let Claude act inside your workspace over the Model Context Protocol. See Connect Claude.
How it stays safe
- Permission-scoped. Every AI answer or summary is built only from records the asking user can already open in Vivotics. Private tasks and projects a user cannot access never appear in their results.
- Confirm before it acts. Actions that email people, such as rescheduling meetings, always show a preview you must confirm first. Nothing runs automatically.
- Your model, your data path. An administrator chooses the model provider (Claude, or an OpenAI-compatible model such as DeepSeek). Usage is metered per AI seat.
