Workload view
Work > Workload answers one question at a glance: who is overloaded and who has room?
How to read it
Each person gets a lane showing:
- Open tasks and how many are overdue.
- Estimated hours on their open tasks against a 40 hour weekly capacity.
- A bar that goes amber past 75 percent and red past 100 percent.
- Chips for their next tasks by due date (red chips are overdue), each linking to the task.
Lanes sort heaviest first, so the person most at risk is always at the top.
Making it accurate
The view is only as good as the estimates. Two habits make it work:
- Put estimated hours on tasks when you create them (even rough ones).
- Keep statuses honest: completed work should be in the completed column.
Pairing with auto-assignment
If one person is always red, switch new-task assignment to least loaded in your auto-assignment rule: incoming work then flows to whoever has the most room.
