Attendance, leave and shifts

The HR module runs the day-to-day of employment: who is in, who is off, and who works when.

Attendance

Employees clock in and out from the dashboard (or a biometric device with the Biometric module). Late arrivals, half days and office hours follow the attendance settings you define. Attendance feeds payroll automatically.

Leave

Define leave types and quotas (annual, sick, casual). Employees apply from their own account; managers approve or reject in one click; balances update automatically. The team calendar shows who is away this week.

Shifts

Build shift rosters under HR > Shift Roster: assign shifts per employee per day, and employees see their schedule in advance. Shift data flows into attendance expectations.
